<p>하지만 일부 불법 업체의 신용카드결제, 구글정보사용료, 핸드폰소액결제현금화 서비스 진행 시 개인 아이디어를 빼돌려 악용하는 스미싱 등 관련 피해 사례 역시 보고 되고 있다. 그래서 사용자들은 서비스 사용 전 피해 예방 수칙을 확실히 확인하고 이를 준수해야 한다.</p>
<p>‘소액결제 현금화 사업은 불법이다. 아이디어통신망법은 ‘통신과금서비스이용자로 하여금 통신과금서비스에 의하여 재화등을 구매·이용되도록 한 후 이용자가 구매·이용한 재화등을 할인해 매입하는 행위에 ‘4년 이하의 징역 또는 3천만원 이하의 벌금에 처하도록 규정하고 있을 것이다.</p>
