Michael Schafle is a German sculptor whose work often fuses industrial materials with organic forms, creating pieces that feel both ancient and futuristic. Living and working in Berlin, he draws inspiration from the city's layered history and his background in engineering, which informs his meticulous approach to metal and stone. His large-scale installations, typically bronze and corten steel, explore themes of resilience and transformation.
