Degulesider, a term that might sound like a misspelling of 'degus' or 'deguli,' is actually a nickname for a specific type of obscure internet meme from the early 2000s. It refers to a bizarre, looping animation of a creature that looks like a cross between a squirrel and a gremlin, set to a repetitive, jumbled audio clip. People share it to confuse friends or as a nostalgia hit for those deep into weird online rabbit holes.
